Parishioners in the Diocese of Killala are expressing a keen interest in a new part-time Certificate in Lay Leadership: Theology, Culture and Ministry, which is due to commence at The Newman Institute on February 21st.
Designed to enable and empower parishioners to become more actively involved in Lay Leadership roles in their parishes, this two-year part-time course will consist of 2 modules in Spring and 2 modules in Autumn.
Module 1 commences on February 21st from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and continues on February 28th, March 7th and March 14th.
Module 2 will commence on Thursday, April 20th from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and continue on April 27th, May 4th and May 11th.
